In 2018 Terry approached the Rolling Meadows Park District about resurrecting the RM Youth Football league that had fallen apart. in 2018 they tried to start the program back up, unfortunately, didn't have much time to get the word out. They then recruited 7 RM kids that played baseball or basketball with their sons and made a team of 12 consisting of all RM kids. That team had an unbelievable season going 11-0 and winning the championship.
